Off site mods that do this typically have poor physical structures in BeamNG, and perform unrealistically compared to their real-life counterparts. It's not as easy as rip the model, add some colors to it, and plop it in game.

It takes a lot of time and effort to make a vehicle for BeamNG, hence why there are so few cars in BeamNG, including mods.
